Scuba Diving Course Centre

Our Dive Centre is located on the Island of Utila, one of the least developed in the Bay of Islands group. The Centre itself was established in 1991 and is now the most awarded Instructor Dive Centre in the whole of Central America.

Scuba Diving Programmes

Real Sport Experience offers 9 main programme options, all depending on the level you want to work to and your current diving experience. The most popular options are:

Open Water to Dive Master Programme - 6 weeks

This programme is designed to take you from beginners' level to Dive Master in 6 weeks of training:

1. PADI Open Water
2. Advanced Open Water
3. Emergency First Response
4. Rescue Diver Course
5. Dive Master Certification

Advanced to Dive Master Programme - 5 weeks

If you already have your PADI Open Water qualification but want to reach Dive Master status, then this programme is designed for you. You will need to complete the following courses:

1. Advanced Open Water
2. Emergency First Response
3. Rescue Diver Course
4. Dive Master Certification

Advanced Open Water to Instructor - 8 weeks

For Open Water certified divers looking to become Dive Instructors:

1. Advanced Open Water
2. Emergency First Response

4. Dive Master Certification
5. PADI Instructor Development Course

Accommodation and Meals

All accommodation is included for the duration of your programme. You will stay in a combination of hostel and apartment accommodation, with most of your nights spent in a private apartment.

Meals are not included in the programme.
