In small groups we responsibly travel through South America. We Learn, we Give, we LIVE! This amazing 6 week adventure has it all. 3 Phases = 1 unforgettable travel experience.

Learn - Weeks 1 - 2

Learn Spanish in ancient Cusco, the heart of the old Incan empire. You will stay in small groups with local Peruvian families soaking up the culture, food, art and of course the language. (Your language school is based on one-to-one tuition in the mornings with afternoons free to explore.) You will be shown the sights, sounds and secrets of this dramatic city by your local family which gives you the opportunity to improve your Spanish as they improve their English.

Weekends are free to white-water raft in the stunning Sacred valley, mountain bike in the high Andes or relax in hot springs.

Volunteer - Weeks 3 - 4

Volunteer with street children in Cusco on a community development project or join the Quechua people’s fight to preserve indigenous trees in the Andes Mountains. Our aid projects involve working directly with local people on a small-scale practical project. This gives you the opportunity to put your Spanish into practice and really make a difference to the community.

Live - Weeks 5 - 6

Embark on a 9 day trek to the magical Machu Picchu, keeping an eye out for the elusive Puma as well as humming birds, wild orchids and the Spectacled Andean Bear. This trek allows you to escape the hordes of trekkers and offers you a truly unique route to the 'lost city of the Incas'. Your experience culminates in watching the sunrise over this unforgettable place before relaxing back in Cusco with a few well deserved drinks.

This is an all-inclusive trip with full support and a range of services provided before during and after the Venture. You will be accompanied by VentureCo guides throughout the whole journey as well as in country project and activity co-ordinators.

Funding for our development projects comes directly from the VentureCo Trust. For each person that joins a Venture, we as a company, donate a set amount to the Trust. 100% of the money the Trust receives is spent on projects. To date, the Trust has funded 63 development projects around the world.
