Interview and pre-departure orientation travel costs. Travel cost to the required face-to-face American Embassy interview. American Embassy Visa Fee. Travel costs to your assigned departure airport. Travel costs after completing your placement while you are travelling in the US. Any charge by your doctor for completing the Medical Form. Any charge for your Criminal Record Check. We strongly recommend you take out baggage insurance, to make sure you are covered for loss of your posessions while you are away from home. We offer the optional Camp America baggage insurance for $96 USD.
